After going 19 weeks into wendler 531 I finally stalled out by failing to deadlift 158kg for 1 rep. I have actually previously deadlifted 153kg for 3 reps. I have actually deadlifted 149kg for 5 reps. My previous theoretical 1 rep max was 171kg and has now been reset to 154kg(90%x171kg) . Excel is just perfect for strength programs, took me 2 hrs I put the 1rm in and it calculates 4 months of training. Nice . Maybe I'll reach 400lb by May 2016??
