The challenge today is Why Do You Train? I train for Life. The quality and quantity!! Is there any better addiction? I have been lifting for 2 1/2 years now. For 20 months I have not had to take diabetic medicine! My worst fear was always about turning into one of those TV watching, old people, who is getting bigger by the day just waiting for God to call me home. I want to LIVE!!!! Have an awesome day Fit Family!! You all are AWESOME!!
