After chest today! I just switched up my workouts where I'm doing one main body part a day, and then either calves, abs, forearms, traps, or a combination of those to finish off my workout. Give me a chance to really crush one muscle and gives all my muscles optimal time to recover! Anyone plateau lately, or just need help with workouts? DM me or email me at ddyefit@gmail.com
