I pulled out these old TKO lifting hooks today for my one arm rows. They are 10 years old, beat up and have been put away for a couple of years. I get a better grip on these than the Schieks I currently use. The TKOs are no longer made. I did 95s today on the DB rows and know my grip would not have held today with the Schieks.
