Like you ve noticed already, i haven't posted for a long Time. There Is this time you just want to sleep, CAUSE you are tired all Day long. I haven t slept very well for a long Time. I didn't Eat clean. I just Feel very very bad. I gained weight. I Feel like eating sugary stuff Every day. It is terrible. I started working Out two Weeks ago. I had more Energy and added some weight. BUT still i do not Feel good.my bodyfat increased. I need to Focus again! Hope all of you are doing great. Keep going guys. There is that Dream we wanna reach! No excuses! It will be worth it. **** proud of all your progress fitfam lovers .
