This workout smoked me on weds!!!! I did 4 sets but I suggest doing just 2-3 sets and you will still get in an awesome workout. My legs are still sore today but I'm hitting them today anyway. I've noticed sometimes when you hit legs when they are sore you actually feel less tight later. I hope that's the case for me lol then tomorrow I will take my much needed day of rest and help my mom get started working out :)
