-Intermediate 30/30 -advanced 45-50/15-10 -freaks of nature no rest ;) Rest two minutes after you have completed the circuit! (*wall ball is finding a wall and throwing the ball up onto the wall. Start in squat position holding ball and throw on your way up. Try to catch with soft knees as you sit back into your squat. One fluid motion. You do not need to throw the ball very high)
