Good old reverse dieting/cardio starts today :) it's so important after a show to have a plan so that you can slowly transition your body to eating more and doing less cardio. I've never had a plan post show and by doing so and mentally preparing myself for it before I competed has allowed me to feel calm about the process. It feels amazing after competing for 5 years (3 years pre baby and 2 years post baby) to be in control mentally, emotionally & physically. Being a mom teaching my daughter the ability to balance life with goals while being happy is important. Have a beautiful day!!!!! Lots to come this year
