Proud of my youngest daughter, Jess! Cycling doesn't suit her and the doc has said no more dancing or martial arts (which she loves). But she's fighting back with her fitness on this cool elliptical running cycle that has no impact and allows her to run despite her dodgy knee condition. She's fast! So I cycled with her this afternoon :) Yay for creative solutions and tenacity!!
