#squateveryday front #squats 315 Lbs 1 rep. Worked up to 355 Lbs attempt which was a fail. Don't know what happened on the fail attempt. Just drop straight down to the safety, didn't even stand a chance. Oh well, will keep at it until it hits. #bestself #youfit #youfithealthclubs #youfitwestkendall
