Meal prep post alert! Yes its the macromaniac in the house! hahaha Well since the weather is getting colder and all I feel like eating is earthy hearty warm foods, decided to make bunch of soupy stuff.Left to right top to bottom 1. Kale-Qunioa Minestrone- super hearty, tons of veggies 2. Cauliflower soup-very light 3. chicken parmesan casserole-super easy and low in carb 4. Pumpkin protein bars-cuz...yeah! I added shredder coconut for crunch! delish! 5.Lentil-spinach soup- I added garam masala and man it is awesomeeeee! 6. Low fat taco soup-very simple yet delish! Kept it simple this week but yet rich in micros! Thats the best part :)
