With guidance from a nutritionist and bodybuilder, I will start on a new regiment to add these 2 supplements to my diet. These in addition to Protein, BCAA's, and L-Carnitine that I am now taking. These supplements supposed to aid in the faster repair of muscular tissue and add mass to the process. I'm currently at 130% lean muscle mass - and 19% body fat. These supplements supposed to drop my body fat % while building up my muscle mass %. Muscle Mass goal set at 160%
