So I had hip flexor tendonitis not too long ago but it seemed to have cleared up...until today. Couldn't go as heavy as I wanted with my squats because my hip flexors hurt, but I tore up some deadlifts. 135 for 12 reps, 5 sets. New rep PR, so I'm proud. Did the best I could today and that's all I can ever ask for.
