Week one of the 22-Day Revolution complete, two more to go, and 3.5 pounds down! This is a completely plant-based, whole foods approach to eating. I decided to accept the challenge, mostly for the purposes of rebooting and cleansing my body, and to break myself of some bad eating habits. I have to say, I love the way I feel. I'm starting to recognize what satisfied feels like, without stuffing myself to the point of bloating and lethargy. While I'm not sure I could give up milk, eggs and meat forever, I might turn this into a 44-Day Revolution!
