Had five days of Low carb (80-100g) and high protein, I've lost 1,1% bodyfat and gained 0,4kg muscles. It seems to work. Today it s Cheatday and tomorrow carb loading (under 50g of fats). I am a little afraid that I ll lose me Results if i have the Kind Of Cheatday I prefer. What are your experienceS? How do you plan your carbs during The week? Habe a wonderful weekend fitfam .
