#squateveryday day 26 full deep #squats 315 Lbs 3 full reps no straps no belt. This used to be my 1 rep max. Did 345 Lbs 3 reps followed by 1 rep 365 Lbs and failed at 385 Lbs. Happy with the 385 fail because I did reach full range on the way down.
