Muscle Activation

Helped my friend out with her exercise science study by measuring muscle activation during the bench press approaching a 1 rep max. She was measuring the activation in the pec, Tricep, and anterior deltoid. She said my Tricep activation during the bench was extraordinarily high and my overall muscle activation was high due to being lean. Found out using calipers that I'm roughly 6.4% body fat!!!! Maybe more like 7% due to possible sweating. Had no idea I was that low!! I used to use my body fat analyzer before but from reading more and more about it, the accuracy is highly questioned although I do have to say it was always consistent for me.
