You prepare..or you are setting yourself up for failure. I make sure I have meals ready for me so that I don't end up eating crap ....lemon bars, sweet potato PB bar (ofcourse), blueberry protein muffin,turkey pumpkin chilli, buffalo chicken casserole, chicken and brocolli casserole . That's how you do it! I also eat tons of egg, yogurt, salad and oatmeal. Yep!
