#youfithammocks #squateveryday day 8 and another #PR Front #squats 295 lbs 1 rep max. Clavicle, chest, and shoulders not liking the front squats, but I don't care. Lol. Need to find an old Olympic bar with worn out grooves. Switched from standard to crossed arm as my fingers and wrist did not feel good with the extra weight. #bestself #progressnotperfection
