Seriously!!! You need to try these!!! They are sooooo good, easy to prep and perfectly to take with you. Mash a ripe banana and add 80g Oats, 25g Protein of your Choice (i took pistachio), cinnamon, 1 tsp Cocos flour and 15-25ml of water. Form 6 thaler and Fry it in a pan. I had a Cup Skim milk with it. I loved it! Have a wonderful day fitfam.
