Pumpkin Roll Cake Protein Shake Recipe

With the pumpkin craze that's about to begin, I thought I'd share one of my favs! 1 scoop of vanilla combat protein powder, 1/2-1 tsp pumpkin extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, 100 g plain Greek yogurt, I use 40 g of oatmeal in it for breakfast, about 400 ml of unsweetened almond milk, and egg white substitutes for added protein. Play with the oats and egg whites to make it fit your macros. If the pumpkin 'cream cheese' is not your thing, (aka the Greek yogurt), make a cup of coffee, add the vanilla protein powder, pumpkin extract, and cinnamon for a nom nom pumpkin latte. Just remember to NEVER use a shaker cup with a hot liquids. It WILL blow up and you'll probably have a bad morning lol.
