#MyNextLevel Challenge for Week 2 is how do you track your progress? I hold myself accountable and track my progress by: - telling family, friends, bodyspace members and other fitness groups of my goals - meal prep weekly, weigh all my food, write down my macros - bring a gallon of water to work everyday (don't forget @kagedmusclesupps #HydraCharge) - pictures to show progress, track measurements - weekly caliper body fat readings - have a notebook to write out my goals; if I am not following a program on BBC or KM, I will write one out based on past programs that have worked for me.
