Due to knee injury, I'm unable to squat and deadlift or any leg day unfortunately so instead of strength training, I'm taking the time to increase muscle mass in my upper body (since that's all I can train) following a hypertrophy program. My mind state behind this is no excuses, here is a chance to increase my strength potential with more muscle, get more aesthetic, recover faster by not adding any excess pressure on the injury, and prepare to come back with a vengeance on my legs to make up for lost time! Always find a way!!
