My idea of Transformation Tuesday... Bottom Left: 24 weeks of living each day over and over and over again in a caloric deficit, very minimal cheat meals, dreadio, thermogenics, visualizing the stage and 200% focus on the goal at hand Today: 4 weeks post camp, reverse dieting, a few extra spoonfuls here and there and somedays everywhere, lifting HEAVY, cardio when I feelzzzz like it which is not very often, minimal supplements/vitamins, visualizing a different 'stage' of my life .....and 200% comfortable in the skin I'm currently in Ps.
