How it does this: 1. Pushing yourself physically reveals what you are made of mentally. In life, in love and in lifting, there is always going to be days when the struggle is real. But you keep showing up anyways, continually building on that mental strength, showing YOURSELF what you are truly made of. 2. Self worth: what could be more empowering than direct undeniable proof that you are in control of becoming a better human being. 3. Contribution to this world: Training has allowed me to become a better version of ME so that I can be a version for all those around me.
