Took 3 weeks off due to strained rib/ lower back injury plus tendinitis. Haven't done any cardio in 5 weeks. This is day 3 of my "recovery week". Lifting extra light for 2 weeks to re learn neurological motor pathways and re establish mind to muscle connection and good form. (Look at all those fancy words!).. Basically, I'm just easing my way back into regular training with baby weights so I don't snap my **** up again.
