Since I started using the #BodySpace app by BodyBuilding.com on 7/20/15 I have had some gelid results! I track everything from my workouts and daily activity, my daily food intake, and my scale tracks weight/fat%/etc. I started at 229lbs and 3 weeks later I'm 236lbs. But I've dropped from 18% body fat to about 11%!!! Love the data!!!
