2013-2015 Diet is the difference!

Follow me on IG --> csanped411. Top left pic is July 2013, bottom left pic is July 2014 and the right pic is July 2015. In all the pictures, I worked out at an intense level. The first 2 pictures and the majority of my life I never counted my macros, as I thought dieting was for everyone else. There was barely any progress between the left pics and I thought I was wasting my time working out because my body did not change --- I blamed old age. Doing research, I learned what I was doing wrong ---> I needed to learn how to count macros to build muscle and lose fat. Alot of men would kill to look like the left pics, but I wanted to look sick-- and in the right pic I came close! Thats right, in my view I still do not look sick--- which is why I am repeating another long bulk/ cut cycle! Cannot wait till summer of 2016!
