Do you even stretch??? Up until 3 weeks ago my answer was "who has time to stretch!!".... Awful answer but true. Moving forward I actually have set aside 1 day a week where my gym time consists of a short metabolic circuit followed by 30 minutes of mindless stretching. The first 5 minutes of the first day felt longer than the first minute of cardio in any fricken day!!!.....but within minutes I changed my perspective by deciding to use that time for self- reflection. To re-evaluate this very moment I am at.....to give peace to things I can't control.....to keep expanding on this blueprint I call life....to self check my ego......and to simply take a breath.....
