I've been logging in bb.com that I've been running. Actually.....I'm doing something better (way more challenging) but not quite as easy to log into BB. Zuzka Light's workouts are the hardest workouts I've ever done! I can't rave about them enough! I started with her Power Cardio Series and just got her Power Strength Series! I'm obsessed!
