Bulk Update I started my bulk on August 1st and so far so good! I'm eating so much food! I've been weighing myself daily and I take my average on Saturdays. August 1 - 101.3lbs avg August 8 - 101.7lbs avg I'm up 0.4lbs I've been struggling with protein a little so we've adjusted my macros to account for that. This week I'll be aiming for 50f/225c/110p and since I'm a little OCD I plan on hitting them perfectly! Top sets in the gym this week: Squats 155x3 Bench 90x1 Deadlift 230x1
