Working on having a booty so curved that no booty pop pose is necessary. Bottom left - bad posture and curving hips in to avoid any chance of booty pop.... Bottom right- no pose, simply standing upright... Loving the murves I'm in (aka muscle curves). I worked to hard to slack on the glute work now so although I have a separate leg day, when I can I add in an isolation day solely focused on glute exercises. And yes this is false advertising on my behalf because in all honesty I don't and have not really squatted at all this year... Not because I don't believe they work - THEY DO- but because they don't work with me and my lower back issues. It's on my bucket list to one day perfect it but for now I'm having fun crushing kickbacks and lunges and hip thrusts to name a few.... #momswholift #beyoutifulbeast #glutes #bereal #murves #trainingforlife
