For the last couple weeks I've been doing Bob Harper's ultimate cardio workout to mix it up and out of curiosity today I decided to track just what I did(not gonna track it on here since it would be too big of a pain)He sure likes his squats and lunges! After I had my baby last year I tried it a few times but I couldn't complete it. Now I have no problems
