Went clothes shopping yesterday and YUCK! It was one of those days that everything I tried on looked like a fat whale...when I was 270 pounds I used to say it was the lighting, or the mirror was off...this time I faced the fact...and said to myself, "Michelle be honest, you don't look like your best self, yes you are taking a LOT of hormones and YES they suck, but be real with yourself, YOU ATE TOO MUCH! Late night bowls of Ice-cream, sneaking the hands in the candy jar late at night, ordering the less healthy items when you go out to eat...." Yes I had to be honest.... So here I am, back at it with the workout and nutrition plan that has done wonders for me in the past, and I already feel so much more accomplished on day 3 then I have in a LONG time, hormones or not. It truly is mind over matter most of the time in anything you do in life, we like to get in our own way....so I'm not saying I'm perfect, I'm just saying I'm ******...at myself, only I am to blame! So my owns words of wisdom, note to self; if it doesn't challenge you, it does t change you! #selftalk
