leg progress - hack squat 180kg today on smith

It seems just like yesterday when I did my first leg session at gym when I was 17. I remember failing to the bar with a squat on a smith machine and landing on my ***. But nearly 3 years on and I've turned my BIGGEST weakness to my strongest point of all. The last year I've worked my legs directly 2-3 times a week, I've corrected my form and did proper exercises. All the ******* horrible cramps, tears, sweat, stomach aches and stress I've finally hit 4 plates on a hack squat on smith machine. Take what you want from me; but this is my drive, my happiness and my life. I still have goals for the future and I won't stop for anyone, so with that being said.. Here's a progress picture :) back squat - 160kg hack squat/smith 180kg. We can all make it, if you wish to grab your nuts, work for who you want to be and build your body. :)
