So, I took 1 week completely off from the gym to recover a bit. My tendinitis was out of control, I was beat down and irritable. Got a bod pod done today. I really should have done it a week ago because I think I was leaner, but whatever. Technically at single digit body fat, but not as lean as I wanted to get entering a body stabilization phase.
