Even though I have been on crutches for weeks and couldn't do anYthing for cardio and legs . I kept my nutrition part up . I just started being able to do recumbent bike this past week . I still can't do much for glute and leg work but overall I feel pretty good , just a tad off from where I was but still in it . My whole point for sharing is to say . STAY IN IT!
