I stopped all the heavy training and ive just been lifting 3-4 times a week and taking boxing classes 5 a week 2 hour classes, lost a bunch of belly fat in 3 weeks, starting to get lean, at the end of summer lmao wish i woulda started boxing wayyy earlier. Not to mention nobody ***** with me now either lol didnt mean to put 4% body fat... Idk what my body fat is
