Operation belly shred is back in effect! I'm hungry but just enough that I won't overeat or bing while sticking to the plan! Bloating is under control so it's all working nicely. Arm day today. I'm going to work hard to get my 20.8 inch arms back. A one inch loss has pushed me! I want it! I'm getting it!
