Resting between sets. I'm no powerlifter, but I've been working toward increasing my squat. After hurting my back a while ago I'm so happy to have pain free squats! Got up to 245 for 2 reps. I did a total of 9 sets increasing the weight with each set. #growlegsgrow #legday #squats #legs #squats #workout #workinghard #lift #grind
