48 hours post comp and lovingtheskinimin. I've said it one hundred thousand times that post comp requires more discipline than the entire umpteen weeks of prep. 90% of my day I'm keeping my reverse diet on par. Examples of diet today being microwaved egg whites with oats and almond butter for breakfast; fresh salads with a protein source for lunches, protein shakes or bars in between with almonds or a serving of fruit. The other 10% of the day is allowing myself 1 meal including dessert ofcourse each night of this vacation. I really don't do junk(ice cream is another story!!) but my idea of a 'cheat meal' would be something as delicious like I had tonight: raw tuna and avocado appetizer-steak and lobster(hold the butta please) for the entree and my idea of homemade mish mash(usually a concoction of some of my favourite ingredients such as tonight's dish of egg whites protein powder, almond butter, Krisda choc chips, almond milk ice cream, waldens syrup and side of rice cakes- sooooo much better than any restaurant dish) Comp or no comp this is a lifestyle that I have chosen to live, this is the skin I have come to love and above all I can have it all....
