You can eat healthy and still eat foods that melt in your mouth my meal is 280-300 calories 1 wholemeal muffin salad and chicken breast, I use herbs and spices to make it spicy :) or you can go to McDonald's and eat the same meal @ 600 calories !!! Home cooked meal high protein low carbs, low saturated fats vs McDonald's high in obesity fats
