I haven't trained in 2 months, so I decided to go to the gym. I didn't train as much as I did as maxing out. I maxed out on the 4 main lifts: bench, dead lift, squat, hang clean. I am so proud of my hang clean (130 lbs). Even though it's not a lot, I went up 15 lbs in weight since I haven't trained for 2 months.
