538cal, 59 p, 29 c, 21 fat. 1 cup cauliflower, 6 oz chicken (or other lean meats, today was Turkey), 100g green beans, 1 cup broccoli, 100g avocado, 1/4 cup brown rice. Use hot sauce or walden farms sauces because they're 0 carb and 0 calories. This is my preworkout meal . +/- rice for carb control.
