After a health issue that developed from last years diet and stress, to combat this, I have stopped weighing myself completely. I eat good 90% of the time...I will eat cheats when ever I want within reason and have cocktails with friends. I'm not tryin to be shredded, im tryin to enjoy myself a little..taking a break..training cause I love it and not cause I "need" to. It's fantastic. I might not be lean like Id like but I am enjoying the little break and my training again. It's weird not being totally "controlling" of everything but my mind appreciates it.
