Reverse press on shoulder machine 5x 10 DB press 10x10 Javelin press 20x2 per arm Quint set of incline raises *chest on incline bench 1. Front raises thumbs up 2. Rear flies palms down 3. Read flies pinkys up 4. Read flies thumbs up 5. Rear raises 10 reps of each one. Rest then repeat for total of 3 sets Cable lateral raises 10 in front of body/10 behind body 2 sets
