After 12 1/2 weeks of dieting, two great workouts in the books and BIG BACK day tomorrow, I broke the diet and had dinner tonight at Golden Corral. This was plate 1 which I cleared off the plate in 3 minutes LOL. Pot roast with carrots potatoes and celery( no gravy), sweet potato casserole ,steak fries and Italian sausage.
