I felt pretty exhausted and tired. A lot to work and study, less sleep. Therefore I decided to make some bounty pancakes. Thought it Would make the day a little better :D. 40g oats , 40g cottage cheese , 20 g protein (cocos) , 3 eggwhites , dark chocolate sprinkles. Eat good Feel good . Have a restful weekend lovely fitfam.
