My conversation with myself during Cardio from Hell this morning. Accomplished keeping at 75% of MHR and proved mindset is EVERYTHING! #thestruggleisreal "Ok, this sucks..just get it done. Only 10 minutes in..f**k this, I'm too tired.. Focus..check HR..dammit it's down to 70%, need to sprint or climb... Lord I don't have this in me today. Stop holding on, stop slumping.. Ok, HR a little high, but doable.. My foot hurts, maybe I should just quit and call it over..I need to pee..focus! Change the music, you're half way.. My other foot hurts..oh that hammy is tightening..I need to pee. Focus..f**k focus..GFY Wow, you're past 2/3 and almost at 3 miles already! Hmm, maybe I can do this? God I need to pee, or do I? lol Keep checking the HR, focus! Change the song..10 mins to go..now I want 4 miles.. Omg my feet are on fire..****, only a couple minutes left and I really want that 4 miles..push.. You're at 4 miles..so? I need to cool down..you're done..kiss my *** lol.
