bulk or maintain??

When I look at the two pictures I honestly don't see much of a difference at all. But let's look at some numbers: 05/26/14 - baseline - not pictured - 116lbs, probably 23-25% body fat - 1,341 calories - weekly macro average: 45f/116c/118p 11/26/14 - black shorts - 15.7% body fat - that week I averaged 1,551 calories - macro average: 39f/171c/126p 06/12/15 - pink/blue panties - 13.1% body fat with a +1.1lb muscle mass gain - weekly average 1,721 - macros: 42f/208c/129p Looking at these two photos I actually feel like my stomach is not nearly as flat. But, according to BodPod, I'm leaner, stronger, more muscular, an I'm eating 200 calories more a day. I call that a WIN!!! Now the tough decision?!? Whether or not to stay in maintenance mode or bulk? I Love being lean, but as a powerlifter, I want to get stronger. Sometimes I wish I never saw myself with abs. I don't want to lose them. I know that I can cut and they will come back, but idk how I'm going to cope. I've reached out for macro coaching. It's not the numbers I need help with, but the daily/weekly reassurance from a female who has successfully bulked and cut to help me mentally get through it. Now to decide if I bulk, for how long?
